Packing List

Traveling with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D) requires a little extra planning, but with the right supplies, you can be ready for anything—from airport delays to beach days. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a two-week adventure, this checklist will help you stay prepared and stress-free. You can print this list to use as a checklist for yourself!

💡 Pro Tip: Always pack double what you think you’ll need—and keep it split between carry-on and checked luggage (if applicable) to avoid surprises. We keep almost everything in our carry-on medical bag and only keep extra snacks and protein shakes in our checked luggage. We take extra snacks for bedtime snack, especially when traveling abroad.
