🍽️ Ingredients:
- ½ smashed banana
- ½ cup oats
- 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder
- A pinch of chia or flax seeds (for fiber & healthy fats)
- A few chocolate chips (optional, but fun!)
- Almond milk (or another milk of your choice – just a splash)

🔥 Directions:
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F.
- In a small bowl, mash the banana and oats together.
- Mix in the protein powder.
- Slowly add milk until the texture becomes paste-like and moldable.
- Stir in chia/flax seeds and chocolate chips.
- Form into a cookie shape.
- Place on a piece of parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for about 5 minutes, or until golden brown on top.
