Creamsicle Yogurt Bites

T1D-Friendly Sweet Treat

Looking for a fun, low-carb, blood sugar-friendly dessert that doesn’t sacrifice flavor? These Creamsicle Yogurt Bites are a hit in our house — especially topped with a swirl of whipped cream! They’re light, refreshing, and made with just a few simple ingredients.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. Line a muffin tin with 6 cupcake liners.

  2. In a medium microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine the yogurt and Jell-O powder. Stir until smooth.

  3. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring halfway through.

  4. Fill each cupcake liner with about 1/4 cup of the mixture.

  5. Chill for at least 1 hour until firm.

  6. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.

Flavor Tip

Top with a tower of whipped cream like we did — it’s sugar-free, adds a creamy finish, and makes it feel like a mini dessert party.
